FOOD INFOMATION
These dogs eat very little, but must be kept on a diet of no table scraps, strictly a'grain free' higher quality commercial food made in the USA.
My advice for feeding your dog is the following, after a long discussion with my Vet about all the Dog Foods that are out there I have come to this conclusion:
Always follow your Vets advice in feeding your pet, but have an open mind to what works for you and your dog.
There is what I would call a lot of "Designer Dog Foods" out there to choose from, the best one for you and your pet is the one that is made in the USA. Has the test of time, and the USDA behind it always read the ingredients first before you buy. Just because it has a fancy label doesn't mean it is the best choice for you.
Confusing I know, follow your Vets advice and be aware of what you are feeding your pet.
My suggestion for the Terriers I will continue with 'The Taste of the Wild' only I will be using the Pacific Stream instead of the Wetlands version. The reason for this is the Protien
levels, and the omega 3's for their skin, coats and kidney health.
Don't forget the POOL! I Would love a SAND BOX!
